TASTE QUALITY since 1962

For over 50 years the Salumificio Bovolenta, located in Rivà of Ariano nel Polesine in the heart of the Po Delta Regional Park, produces artisanal cold cuts following the tradition of the lower territory of Polesine, using exclusively meat of pigs coming from small farms located in the immediate vicinity and butchered at our facility.

The company does not aim at large numbers, but focuses on the quality of the product safeguarding the gastronomic tradition of the lower territory of Polesine and yet introducing the most modern technologies to reach a qualitatively constant and continuous production throughout the year.
